Daniel R. Shinoff celebrates 29 years as a Partner of Stutz Artiano Shinoff & Holtz
SAN DIEGO, CA, June 03, 2010 /High School PR News/ -- Daniel R. Shinoff, Partner of Stutz Artiano Shinoff & Holtz, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in education law and general tort litigation.
With 29 years of experience as a Partner of Stutz Artiano Shinoff & Holtz, Daniel R. Shinoff is responsible for assisting in the defense of school districts in all areas, representing clients in matters including general negligence, dangerous conditions, discrimination, wrongful termination, sexual harassment and civil rights issues, and reviewing compliance issues. Mr. Shinoff is a frequent speaker on numerous public entity issues throughout the state and nation. He has delivered speeches, in California and several other states, on the handling of crisis situations in schools. His seminars have included topics on special education, student issues, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, school violence, first amendment issues, construction issues, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. He became involved in his profession because of his lifelong desire to become an attorney, and he attributes his success to his passion for his profession.
Mr. Shinoff received his JD from Western State University in 1981 and his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Manitoba in 1978. He is a member of The State Bar of California and The Association of Southern California Defense Counsel.
