Dr. Eliu A. Lara received a doctorate in church administration
BRONX, NY, March 16, 2010 /High School PR News/ -- Dr. Eliu A. Lara, Instructor at the High School for Contemporary Arts, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in education.
At the High School for Contemporary Arts, Dr. Lara is responsible for teaching mathematics, and bilingual and special education classes. He is also the president and founder of both the United Federation of Evangelical Youth and The Lara's Tax & Realty Service Corporation. With 17 years of professional experience, he attributes his success to his determination, persistence and optimism.
In 2006, Dr. Lara received a Doctorate in Church Administration. He also earned a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Engineering. He is a member of the United Federation of Teachers and the American Federation of Teachers, New York State Clergy Organization and is President, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the United Federation of Evangelical Youth, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting education among youth and family. He is also a senior pastor of the Church of God Jehova Yireh located in the Bronx, New York. In the future, Dr. Lara hopes to continue teaching and further developing established educational foundations.
