Donald E. Robertson celebrates five years as the Principal of Salem High School
VIRGINIA BEACH, VA, March 16, 2010 /High School PR News/ -- Donald E. Robertson, Principal of Salem High School, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in leadership development and supervision.
With five years of experience as the Principal of Salem High School, Donald E. Robertson is responsible for supervising 1,900 students and 200 staff. He became involved in his profession because of his interest in teaching, and he attributes his success to his education, exposure to outstanding leaders in the field of education and willingness to continue his education.
Mr. Robertson received his Ph.D in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 2007. In addition to being a Licensed Teacher in the State of Virginia, he is a member of the Virginia Association of Secondary School Principals, the National Association of Secondary School Principals, and the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development.
