Nilca Quintana-Billow utilizes her satisfaction in helping others through her job as a translator and educator
/High School PR News/ -- NORFOLK, VA, October 04, Nilca Quintana-Billow, Owner of Global Solutions, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in education.
As the owner of Global Solutions, Ms. Quintana-Billow specializes in translating English into Spanish. She performs translations for courts, assists Spanish families with translation and teaches English. She is associated with the local Spanish association and is a crusade counselor. She attributes her success to her passion for helping others.
Ms. Quintana-Billow received her Master of Education from Cambridge (2004), her bachelor's Degree in Foreign Language, with a minor concentration in Secondary Education, from Old Dominion University (1998) and her Bachelor of Business Administration. In her spare time, she works as a translator/Interpreter for the Chesapeake Infant Program helping non English speaking families in the Chesapeake, VA area. In the future, she intends to expand her business and gain recognition for her achievements.
