Neta K. Munsey Honored by Cambridge Who's Who
Neta K. Munsey celebrates over 35 years in the education field
NEW TAZEWELL, TN, October 12, 2009 /High School PR News/ -- Neta K. Munsey, Assistant Principal of Claiborne High School, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in education.
With 36 years of professional experience, Ms. Munsey is responsible for serving as the program administrator for athletic events, handling classroom issues and monitoring student behavior. She decided she wanted to work in the educational field during college and began her career teaching in a one room school house. Over the years, she has taught high school biology and health, and coached basketball for eight years. She attributes her success to her determination in accomplishing her goals.
Ms. Munsey received her Master's Degree in Administration and Supervision with a concentration in Biological Sciences, plus 30 from Union College in 1996. She is a member of the Claiborne County Education Association, Tennessee Education Association and National Education Association.
