Carol A. Rudebeck Honored by Cambridge Who's Who for Excellence in Education

GERMANTOWN, WI, October 4, 2008 /High School PR News/ -- Carol A. Rudebeck, Instructional Resource Specialist for the Germantown School District, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of education.
With more than 30 years of professional experience, Ms. Rudebeck's area of expertise lies in educational mentoring and teaching. At her current post, she is responsible for coordinating the curricular areas of language arts and social studies, and the district gifted and talented program. In addition, she organizes teacher induction programs, provides mentoring and oversees staff development. She is especially proud to have facilitated the development of the language arts curriculum for children in kindergarten through eighth-grade. In December 2005 Ms. Rudebeck was honored to serve as a delegate at the US/China Joint Conference on Education, representing gifted education.
Ms. Rudebeck was honored with the Teacher of the Year Award from the Germantown School District in 2000 and the Star of Education Award from the Parent Teacher Association in 1994. She was recognized by Who's Who Among America's Teachers three times consecutively and considers her work ethic and desire to learn to be the driving forces behind her success.
A certified mentor, Ms. Rudebeck received her Master's Degree in Special Education from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater in 1977 and completed post-graduate coursework at Cardinal Stritch University. She is a seminar facilitator for the Southeastern Wisconsin New Teacher Project, and an adjunct faculty member at Cardinal Stritch University. She works as a consultant in the areas of teacher mentoring and gifted education.
